With a wide range of products and service lines, and with technology deeply woven into consumers’ daily lives, Alibaba sought to create a Brand Experience Center that could tell its innovation story in a powerful way. The goal was not only to highlight groundbreaking technologies but also to showcase Alibaba’s broader contributions to society. To bring this vision to life, the company commissioned Pico along with Pixels Lab to design an experience journey that blended storytelling with interactivity. Together, they curated a variety of innovative technology implementations that reflected Alibaba’s role in shaping the future. The center became a hub where visitors could connect with the brand’s impact, creativity, and forward-thinking vision.
